Welcome! We are a small New Hampshire Contract Assessing Company serving the public since 2012. We provide municipal valuation services and annual property tax assessment work in accordance with all state laws.

We are currently serving the towns of Washington, Swanzey, Westmoreland, Chesterfield, Hancock, Hillsborough, and Lyndeborough.
